## Rate Limit Conventions
All API responses carry the standard IETF headers `RateLimit-Limit`, `RateLimit-Remaining`, `RateLimit-Reset` (plus legacy `X-RateLimit-*`). When a client exceeds a limit, HTTP 429 is returned with a `Retry-After` header so agents can self-throttle in real time.
